A Florida school district is making major changes to its educational programs this year.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools will have new programs including robotics so that students can be prepared for careers in science, technology, engineering and math, reports NBC Miami. They will also be providing more computers to students who don't have access to their own devices, as well as bringing unique programs including global trade and logistics to high schools.

All of these program changes will give students more choices in what they learn and more opportunities to explore topics that interest them.
