For classroom and campus mobility and cloud computing, 2012 was the year of the pilot — a year school districts and college campuses spent developing and tweaking pilot programs. Consequently, 2013 has been a year of massive mobility and cloud deployments based on those successful pilots. Learning how to manage and control this new environment can bring education institutions countless staff productivity efficiencies and learning improvements. This CDE Special Report covers the various ways mobility and cloud computing are affecting education institutions and discusses how they can prepare for and adapt to this rapid adoption.
