Google Glass Will Come to an Indiana High School

A high school class won a contest to beta test Google Glass.

After being chosen as one of 8,000 people to beta test Google Glass, a high school teacher will soon test the wearable technology in his class.

Broadcasting teacher Don Wettrick from Franklin Community High School in Indiana has a chance to find educational uses for Google Glass with his class, the Indy Star reports. Users wear Google Glass above their eyes and can use voice commands to get directions, take photos and connect on social media, among other things.

The wearable technology has been getting a lot of buzz over the past year or so. Check out how it feels in the video below.
