Discover what smart strategies, solutions and practices you can be implementing to prepare your IT infrastructure for the inevitable technological changes coming to your campus.
A website that launched this week brings more than 600 grant opportunities together in one place for educators.
GetEdFunding.com pulls in grants from federal, state, regional and community sources across the U.S., addressing a problem that many educators confront regularly.
To find grants, educators have to search many different places, so this website provides some assistance as it culls a sampling of grants that meet education professionals' requirements. The minimum requirement is that the funder will accept letters of inquiry and unsolicited applications.
While the site is sponsored by CDW-G, it's put together by education professionals. Throughout the development process, current and former K-12 and higher education professionals have worked on it. And the team that curates these grants includes an education grant specialist, community college instructor, high school math teacher, special needs educator, district technology coordinator, library/media specialsit, English language learners teacher and elementary teacher, according to the website.
