IT leaders from Maryland school districts were on hand for a special briefing on their technology plans for the coming years.
Anne Arundel County Public Schools is committed to ensuring its over 75,000 students have the technology resources they need to flourish as 21st century learners. With over 126,000 students, Prince George’s County Public Schools is working to infuse technology into its learning environment, as well as make sure students, teachers and staff have access to the tools they need. Washington County Public Schools has over 22,000 students and is committed to advancing digital learning experiences.
The participants briefed the audience on district plans in a variety of topic areas, including computing infrastructure, mobile devices, digital content, professional development, cyber security and their plans to incorporate blended learning models.
