Our mission is to nurture a community of thought leaders who are rethinking education with technology as the catalyst. Our vision is to make education relevant and accessible for students worldwide.
Our events help education leaders connect and collaborate as they seek to move learning forward. Our research gives technology companies and educators the information they need to solve problems so they can improve the K-20 education experience.
Our editorial coverage keeps education leaders up to speed on the latest trends, policies and issues. Our publications help education administrators understand how to increase student learning through effective technology use. Our awards recognize schools and community colleges that are making exceptional gains in transforming education and improving learning with effective technology use.
Kecia leads the center's efforts to bring together thought leaders in education. She is also an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University and lives in the Greater Nashville area with her husband Dr. Clark Ray and their son Wes. Read Kecia's full bio.
Janet manages our national surveys and competitions. In her free time, she helps guide her husband's slight obsession with cooking shows toward nutritious eating, and looks for "healthy" restaurants while traveling.
Jeana has written, edited and conceptualized content focused on technology in education for the last eight years and is particularly passionate about simple, innovative technologies that help transform education. When she’s not working, Jeana’s favorite thing to do is spend time outside with her son, husband and their two rambunctious dogs. She also enjoys cooking and is slightly obsessed with 24-hour cable news.
